Due to the unique style of our equipment we have a dedicated team of technicians who are specially trained to deal with any service or maintenance issue regarding Johnson Health Tech’s Commercial fitness equipment.
Our customer support team are on hand daily to ensure that your needs are met immediately. We have taken our vast knowledge and experience of the commercial fitness market and used this to develop and provide a fast, reliable service. This includes:
- Complete mechanical and electronic parts with supported labour cover. The option to include twice yearly service visits is also available.
- Cosmetic piece of mind with consumable and wearable cover on all parts making sure that your equipment not only operates to 100% efficiency but continues to look the part as well. Cover is provided for the first 2-Years.
- 48hr call-out on a Mon-Friday basis with an average 1 st time fix of 93%.
On every “call out” you can rely on our service technicians to provide an efficient and professional service, providing the minimum amount of fuss, inconvenience and downtime in your facility.
Johnson Fitness works with a team of 20-Professional Service Engineers who operate out of our service centres based in the Staffordshire and Hampshire.
Our two working day response time to any “call out” ensures that should a problem arise it will be dealt with in a time that is above industry standards.
Industry 1st – Cosmetic Cover as Standard
March 2005 saw the launch of the new Johnson warranty:
More often than not your machine may be mechanically sound as it progresses through its lifecycle, however the general condition of the wearable and consumable items will have significantly deteriorated making your fitness suite look tired.
The new Johnson Warranty is aimed at making sure that your equipment operates and looks as good as new from the day it was purchased at no extra cost to you.
Consumable items will include:
CV Equipment: Consoles, Motor & Mechanical Component Covers, Badges & Graphic Logo’s, Belts, Decks, Power Cords, Foot Straps, Pedals, Pedal Arm’s, Plastics, Seats, Stabilizers, Pop Ins, Grips & Handles
Strength Equipment: Upholstery, Seat Pins, Selector Pins & Cords, Graphic Logo’s, Weight Shrouds, Bottle Holders, Add on Brackets, Weight Plate Stickers, Rubber Feet, Hand Grips, Pulleys, Plastics & Belts.

Many of the consumable items can be fitted by a member of your staff instead of requesting and waiting for an engineer.
Self fitted parts will be dispatched & delivered within a principal 24hr period. The technical helpline will also be available for any fitting instruction and advice.
IMPORTANT: Malicious damage or misuse will void the warranty

Initial Installation Training:
Provided Free of Charge, our Field Sales Manager or Installation Team will conduct a basic training session on the date of the installation which will cover:-
- Basic Operation of the Equipment
- General Maintenance Requirements
- How to report a service issue
- Important Contact Details for all possible issues

Service Contracts:
You may wish to take advantage of the competitively priced annual JHT UK Service Contract. You will receive a Service Visit every 6 months which will ensure that your equipment is kept in 1 st class condition. This will provide a preventative maintenance service, for each item included under the contract, and ensure that unwanted downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
During the warranty period all of the parts and labour is included Free of Charge, however outside that period, unless an extended warranty is purchased, these elements become chargeable.
As a JHT UK Service Contract holder you will receive discounted rates on the labour element of call-outs as well as a discounted rate on parts.
